Returns Pre-Approval Return Policy: Please call or e-mail for prior approval before returning any items. No returns accepted without prior approval. Customer pays for return shipping. If product was shipped without charge to customer, the amount of shipping incurred by WholeBody Green for the original shipment will be deducted from the refund amount. If other fees were incurred by WholeBody Green, Inc. in processing the transaction, those fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Credit will be given after the product is returned and inspected. Sorry, no refunds, credits or exchanges after thirty days. Return Policy for All Products: Any WholeBody Green product may be returned unopened and unused for any reason within thirty days. Simply enclose a note with an explanation and let us know how you would like your credit to be issued - immediately to your charge card or exchange.
